Niagara Falls Flyers MMAA - Elevation Training (Wooden Stairs)
Players Goal

Players,

Elevation Training starts at the bottom of the wooden stairs (starting spot).

On "GO" the player sprints up the wooden stairs as fast as they can for 25 seconds (25s).

At the 25s mark the player will hear "STOP" (the number of stairs climbed will be recorded).

When the player hears the word "STOP" they immediately turns around and makes their way back to the starting spot at a medium pace.
 
Player is given a 90s recovery.

On "GO" the player sprints up the wooden stairs as fast as they can for a second 25s sprint.

The Base Line Testing will consist of three 25s sprints with a 90s recovery.

*Each player will have their own personal goal as to the number of stairs that they need to achieve once Base Line Testing is completed.

*Players should aim for 4 sprints @ 25s with a 90s recovery with their training by mid August.



Test 1 (T1)
Sunday, Sept 23rd @ 4:30pm
T1 will consist of 5 sprints @ 25s with a 90s recovery.


Test 2 (T2)
Sunday, October 28th @ 4:30pm
T2 will consist of 6 sprints @ 25s with a 90s recovery.
