Niagara Falls Flyers Minor Midget AA - Player Discipline
Player discipline will be progressive discipline.
All players will always be spoken to by the Coaching Staff prior to any form of discipline being handed out.
The Coaching Staff will work with the player to come up with a game plan to correct such behaviour.
(1) Player will be spoken to by the Coaching Staff.
(2) Player will be spoken to by the Coaching Staff and that Player will sit for the first period following the discipline meeting.
(3) Player will be spoken to by the Coaching Staff including the Minor Midget Convenor and that Players will be a healthy scratch the next game following the discipline meeting.
If 30 days passes since that players last discipline, that player starts back at level (1) of the progressive discipline.
We as Coaches recognize every situation is different and will treat every situation on it’s own merit.
