Submitted By Gregg Hollowel on Saturday, May 12, 2018
Team rules will be updated throughout the season:

Hello Players,

Compete, Character and Commitment is built on the following team rules:

(A) Commitment to The Niagara Falls Flyers Minor Midget AA Hockey Team comes first.

(B) All team functions are mandatory.

(C) If a player cannot attend a team function it is the players responsibility to CALL the Head Coach (NO TEXTS, NO EMAILS).

(D) The day of, or night before calls are unacceptable absents (except when it comes to illness) and will effect your earned ice. Team Functions are posted well in advance.

(E) If a player is going to be late for a team function it is the players responsibility to CALL or TEXT one of the Coaching Staff to let them know that you are running late.

(F) It is the players responsibility to arrive 1 hour and fifteen minutes prior to game.

(G) It is the players responsibility to arrive 30 minutes prior to practice.

(H) Social Media: Comments or remarks of an inappropriate nature which are detrimental to your team, your association or to individuals or teams associated with Niagara Falls Flyers Minor Midget AA will not be tolerated (Please see Niagara Falls Flyers Minor Midget AA - Social Media and Networking Policy posted 2018.5.12).

(I) Fair ice is earned ice. Earned ice comes directly from a players compete, character, and commitment to their game. Earned ice and player discipline (progressive discipline) are two different things.

(J)
The Coaching Staff will treat every player like a Pro, we expect every player to act like a Pro. We will hold each player accountable for their hockey.

To be successful…. Take ownership of your hockey.

To be successful…. Respect the game that you love.

To be successful…. Play for the logo on the front of the jersey.

To be successful…. Bring a winning attitude.

To be successful…. Create a positive team culture.

Being successful starts with compete, character, and commitment to your team and to your game.

Thanks,
Gregg.
